Return period
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. We keep it simple – and fair.
How do I return my order?
Returning an item is easy via our online return portal. You register your return, generate a return label, and track your return status – quick and hassle-free.
Return conditions
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, undamaged and – if applicable – with all tags still attached.
- Please package your return carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at your own expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Costs are calculated automatically in the return portal, based on your location and item type.
Why don’t we offer free returns?
We believe in conscious returns. By not reimbursing return shipping by default, we help reduce unnecessary shipments and encourage thoughtful purchases. It’s a sustainable choice – without compromising convenience.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the full purchase amount within 5 business days via your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s processed – always good to know.
In accordance with EU regulations, refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation. In practice, we aim to process it within 5 working days after receiving your return.
Return address
You’ll receive the correct return address automatically via the return portal – based on your location and the product you’re returning.
Right of withdrawal (EU requirement)
Want to use your legal right of withdrawal? You’re entitled to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exceptions (if applicable)
Some items may be excluded from returns, such as sealed hygiene products or personalized items. These can only be returned if the original seal is unopened or if the item is demonstrably unused.
