How do I place an order?
Choose your favorite products, select
the correct size and color, and add them to your cart. Click 'Checkout'
and follow the steps to complete your order.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
It depends on the status of your order, please contact us as soon as possible

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay safely with us using:

Is my payment information safe?
Yes, your payment is processed via a secure connection with certified

Dispatch
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands, you pay no shipping costs for orders over €50. For orders under that amount, the following shipping rates apply:
- €2.95 for small items such as bracelets (letterbox package)
- €4.95 for larger products such as drinking bottles or bags
When will my order be shipped?
We ship within 1-2 business days. You will automatically receive a track & trace code.

Yes, we ship within the EU. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country – you will see this during checkout.
Returns
How can I return my order?
You can return within 30 days of receipt. Contact us via
customerservice@summergear.nl and we will help you further. You can return your

Are the return costs at my expense?
Yes, unless there is an error on our part or a defective product. We do not offer free returns because we avoid unnecessary shipments and CO₂ emissions.

When will I get my money back?

An item is sold out. Will it be back?
